Family Golf Outings

We have been playing lots of golf lately... by we, I really mean daddy is playing, mommy is riding in the golf cart and the kids are sometimes playing golf with daddy and usually just being silly!  Gotta love the summertime!

These two photos below are edited using the Instagram photo app! I love that app!

Swimming milestones...

We have been swimming nonstop these past few days... even though we have had to dodge the rainstorms.  The kids are learning new tricks each and every day.  RJ has mastered jumping in by himself, yes, he is 6, but believe me this is H*U*G*E for him. Mind you, this is in the shallow end where he can touch... small steps lead to big steps, right? Payton has learned to jump in, go under, and swim with her face in the water. They are both doing great at their own skills... so fun to watch their accomplishments.

Go Braves!

We had a great time at the Braves game on Sunday afternoon… very, very hot and humid, a little rainy but still lots of fun! The best part… definitely seeing the kids running the bases on Turner Field after the game.  Such a fun moment for all of them!

Beach or bust.

We finally made it on our vacation. Rain threatened most of the week during the last t-ball tournament to drag it out and in turn make us miss about three days of our beach vacation… but thankfully, things worked out for us and we were able to start our vacation on time. We headed to Gulf Shores again this summer, our favorite vacation spot. This year, we were excited to have one of my best girlfriends’ family along with us for the trip. It was a blast!

Game over.

T-ball season has officially ended for us. We had a blast with all the kids on our regular season team and also on our all-star team. But we are also happy for a break from practices, games, organizing so many different players… we finished up the all-star tournament 3rd but had some wonderful experiences along the way.
